This hotel was an excellent value for its price. Easy check-in, ample parking, and a room with everything we required. The location is just off I-35 and near to downtown. It was quiet at night and seemed safe. Ideal for a short vacation or city stay.

I made a last-minute trip to San Antonio and located this Quality Inn near Frost Bank Center. I'm so glad I booked it! The front desk staff were quite helpful, even giving me excellent restaurant ideas. The room was clean, and everything worked flawlessly. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit!
I had an excellent stay at Quality Inn & Suites I-35. The accommodation was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, and the staff was quite nice. I appreciated how accessible it was to everything, particularly the Frost Bank Center. Breakfast was modest but adequate to start the day. We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we visit San Antonio and enjoy the Riverwalk.
The appearance isnt the best. However, the cleanliness, service, and customer service is spectacular! Im amazed to where i needed to write this. So, dont let appearances determine your decisions for a good stay at a low price!
I arrived last night around midnight and Jenny was so friendly and nice. Definitely going to stay here again. She even gave me a little complementary bag with a few items in it.
